Frequently Asked Questions

If you do not see an answer to your questions, please reach out to us via the Contact Us button in the bottom left corner of the screen.

I just set up my account, but I don’t see the option to order. What happened?

We have all new clients set up with a credit card for payment of at least the first 3 invoices to establish a payment history. There are instructions how to enter the CC information in your credentials email, and if you have done that, please let the client success team know so we can turn the ordering on for you. If you have not yet entered the information, once you do and let client success know, the ordering will become available on your account.

When placing an order, it says that I need to attach an authorization – what does this mean?

Prior to starting any background, you’ll need to have your candidate’s fill out authorization forms that provide consent to have the background searches performed. If you do not currently have authorization forms for your screening program that allow for our company to process your background requests, please reach out to [email protected] for information on how to obtain sample language.

What does no reportable records mean?

“No Reportable Records Found” means no records were reported that met the reporting criteria for the search.

How do I get status updates on the reports I order?

When you are logged into the system, and on the report results page there is a box labeled Client Notes below the search summary. You can input your questions here and a member of the team will get back to you shortly. You will receive an email notification letting you know to log in and view the response once it is posted.
